Shipping FAQs

Everything in Rompotodo is handmade, so orders usually take one to two weeks to be ready.

We work with FedEx shipping services. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via Big Cartel. It usually takes from 3 to 4 business days for orders to arrive.

Broken or damaged pieces will be refunded or resent according to client’s preference.
